What kinds of project do you take on?
New builds, extensions, loft conversions and major renovations across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Tell us about yours and we will be honest about whether we can help.
How many contractors will contact me?
Your project can be matched with up to three contractors, chosen by our team for your type and size of project. Your details are not sold to a list.
Do I need planning permission or drawings first?
No. Tell us where things stand today. Projects at every stage are welcome, and we will be in touch at the right moment.
Who can see my documents?
Only the Construct Match team. If your project is matched with a contractor, the relevant documents are shared with them through a secure link.
Can I finish my application later?
Yes. Your answers save as you go, and the link we send you opens it exactly where you left off.
Is there a cost to apply?
No. Telling us about your project is free.
Which areas do you cover?
Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. If you are just outside, tell us anyway.
What happens after I submit?
You receive an email with your reference straight away. A member of our team reviews your project and contacts you, normally by phone at the time you asked for.
Can I combine more than one type of work?
Yes. Choose every type that applies, such as an extension with a loft conversion. It is one project.
What documents can I upload?
Planning approvals, drawings, structural calculations, surveys, photos and quotes. PDF, images, CAD drawings and Office documents are all accepted.
How do I change something after I have submitted?
Reply to your confirmation email or contact us with your reference, and we will update your project.
