Contractor questions

What kind of projects will I see?

New builds, extensions, loft conversions and major renovations in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, matched to the work and areas you tell us you cover.

How many contractors see each project?

No more than three.

What do you check before introducing a project?

Each application is reviewed by a person: the budget, the stage of planning and drawings, funding and timing, and that the homeowner can make decisions about the project.

What happens after I register?

We review your registration and contact you to talk about the work you take on, your areas and how introductions work.
